Returns and Exchanges
We accept items being returned to us under the condition of a one time size exchange only if the requested size is available. If you do not see the size listed on our website please email us we may have it in stock and not have it updated into the inventory.
1: Fill out an RMA within 7 days of receiving your order. NO RMAs are accepted after items have been delivered for more than 7 days. No exceptions. Please tell us what size you received and for what size you would like to exchange.
2: Print out your Email that you received in response to your RMA. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box on three sides and add it with your return.
3: Make sure you CLEARLY write your last name and rma number on the outside of the box so that it is easily seen.
4: Send us your return.
5: You may now place a new order online. Once we have received your original order we will process a refund. Restocking fees apply and shipping fees are nonrefundable.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) you must fill out the RMA form located here within 7 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer.
Merchandise must have the original tag attached.
Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including hangers, coverings and or any similar accessories.
All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke, food odor, and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 3 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer expense and the transaction will be deemed final sale.
8 Refunds: If you receive free shipping and choose to return an item, the shipping cost will be deducted in the refund amount. Shipping costs typically range from $11.00 - $20.00 depending upon your location and order size. Always choose a size 1-2 inches larger than the child. We are not responsible for manufacturer size charts that do not exactly match the garment. Additionally: there is a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount for all returns. Shipping fees are non refundable.
The way we handle returns allows us to guarantee the lowest possible prices available to you online. Please keep in mind that we provide our customers with the promise that their items are new directly from the manufacturer. As a buyer we do not want to order dresses for a special occasion that have been used and possibly washed several times before we receive it. By keeping our return policy fast and fresh we guarantee your items arrive to you in the best quality.

Charge backs: We take credit card fraud very seriously. If you do not have authorization to us a credit card do not purchase from our store. We will prosecute with both federal and local authorities. Any charge backs filed due to failure to read our policy or a break in the service agreement will be disputed with the credit card company and reported to the credit reporting agency. Additionally, all charge backs filed falsely as decided after the credit card company investigation will be administered an additional $30 fee. All fees and losses to SugarGlam will be forwarded to collections. SugarGlam reserves the right to deem all or any sales final.
Stock Photos: Nearly all garments are shown as stock photos. All items may vary slightly in dye lots, embellishments, ribbons, or other styles as per the manufacturer. We are not responsible for these variations and customer acknowledges that stock photos may not be exact.
